Bits conducts professional learning workshops which includes modules on Classroom management,Differentiated Instruction,Instructional Strategies,Culturally responsive education etc.An experienced mentor will be assigned to each individual teacher to assist in all areas in providing a smooth transition into yhe US Classroom setting.
BITS provides complete support to the teachers when they relocate to the United states. For the newly relocated teachers, we provide guidance and assistance to the teachers and help them in getting Drivers License, Social Security card, accomodation (housing), background checks & security clearance, opening bank accounts. BITS will closely work with the teachers and the school system throughout the entire recruitment process and relocation process.
