I am Glenda Jacinth, an enthusiastic and dedicated educator with a profound passion for fostering a love of learning in students of all ages. I am a Certified Science and Special Education teacher teaching high school students. With nearly 25 years of experience in the field of education, I have had the privilege of guiding and inspiring countless individuals on their educational journeys.

My teaching philosophy is that every individual has a unique set of talents, abilities, and potential waiting to be unfolded. I am committed to creating a dynamic and inclusive exciting environment where teachers will feel empowered to explore their interests in embarking on a new journey to US. I have embarked on a collaborative journey with BITS (Beacon International Teaching Solutions), where I am the director, guiding educators to explore careers in the Public-School systems In USA and supporting School Administrators find suitable teachers according to the vacancies, especially in the critical need areas of Science, Math and Special Education. Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching at various Public-School systems in Georgia, where I have honed my instructional skills, developed

innovative teaching strategies, and created engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles. As a lifelong learner myself, I am dedicated to BITS.Inc to bridge the gap between Recruiters and Educators. Born and raised in India, I embarked on a teaching career in the early 2000s. My passion for education has led me to pursue teaching opportunities both in India and the United States. My teaching journey began at Delhi Public School in New Delhi, where I spent seven years honing my craft and making a profound impact on my students’ lives. During my tenure, my innovative teaching methods and dedication to student success garnered widespread recognition, laying the foundation for my future endeavors.

In 2001, I made the bold decision to relocate to the United States to further my career in education. I joined the Prince George County Public Schools in Maryland, where I immersed myself in the American education system and quickly adapted to the diverse needs of students. Over the next two decades, my commitment to educational excellence remained unwavering as I navigated the complexities of teaching in a foreign land. In 2007, I took on the role of a Middle School Math Teacher and Math Department Chair in DeKalb County School District, Georgia. Here, I found my purpose as an educator and leader.

As the Chief Executive Officer at Beacon International, I play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision and strategic direction.
